PHOTO/IMAGE DISCLAIMER

The Montclair NAACP shall exercise the right to capture recorded, photographic and digital copies of images related to our events. Any such images shall be memorialized in our photo gallery, on social media platforms or in printed material utilized to share our programs and activities. Any such images or recordings shall also become the exclusive property of the Montclair NAACP and may be used by the Montclair NAACP and/or its leadership, members, or agents for such purposes. Your attendance at any event hosted by the Montclair NAACP shall signify that you are aware of, and consent to, the release of the Montclair NAACP, its leadership, members, and/or agents from any and all liability related to any reproduction of photographic, digital and/or recorded material captured at our events. Your consent, waiver, and release shall also extend to any individual who is under your care, guardianship, or agency.
